Michael is a family man, seasoned leader and professional with over 20+ years of experience in leadership, manufacturing, operations and supply chain management. Core principles that have guided him through his career are leading and developing people, delivering exceptional results, getting better every day, and having fun while doing so.

He started his career gaining hands-on experience by learning the trade of Industrial Mechanic, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and the needs of shop floor teams. After learning a trade, Michael decided to go back to school and graduated as Mechanical Engineer from University of Esslingen in Germany.

​

He held several roles in multinational corporations where he gained invaluable experience in both operational and strategic aspects of business. His scope was ranging from improving productivity on assembly lines and warehouses to leading and growing large teams of 200+ employees.

Michael, his wife Katelyn, and their daughter currently live in middle Tennessee but will relocate to operate the acquired business.
